You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your Replacement within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 6 Week), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Damages, ExchangesIf you received a damaged product, it must be noted with the shipper to receive a full exchange. However, if a door is damaged or missing from a cabinet we will complete the order within 4 weeks or sooner. All replacements must be made PRIOR to installation, otherwise, refunds and replacements will not be granted. Report all damaged, missing, or defective products within 5 days of delivery date otherwise claims will not be accepted. Please call Customer Service at 800-503-3587 for replacement instructions.
Storage FeesIt is Home Magic's policy to deliver or schedule immediate pick-up as soon as items have been pulled from stock and/or assembled. For every day the pick-up or delivery date is delayed following 5 business days of assembly, a storage fee of $25 will apply, per day. Wood Composition: Please be advised that Wooden boards used for cabinetry are a natural material cut from trees that adapt to different climates and weather conditions, and inherently will expand and contract. It is normal for Wood to expand and contract under different temperatures and humidity levels causing small (1mm – 5mm) spaces to appear on the mitering seam locations. Maple: Maple wood is close-grained and strong. It has off-white, pale streaks of gold and pink and may contain dark streaks throughout the wood.
Important Note: If you become aware that the cabinets are damaged, DO NOT INSTALL. No claims will be accepted on installed products.
Commitment to Total Customer Satisfaction: If the Client is not totally satisfied with work product delivered by HOME MAGIC LLC and the deficiency is within the reasonable and direct control of HOME MAGIC LLC, HOME MAGIC LLC will send its workforce to the subject work site, arriving within 72 hours to remedy deficiencies specified in writing to the Client’s full satisfaction at no additional cost to Client.
Commitment to Workmanship Quality: HOME MAGIC LLC warrants all HOME MAGIC LLC workmanship for the lifetime of the installation, once completed, tested and approved by the Client. This warranty only applies to the labor (product warranties are not inclusive). The warranty will be null and void if it is determined that a repair is required due to negligence, misuse, or abuse on the behalf of the Client, acts of God, or performance of work at the site by a party other than HOME MAGIC LLC, or in case if the Client does not pay full contract amount agreed upon between HOME MAGIC LLC and the Client, and/or if the Client unilaterally cancels the contractor requests credit in any manner.
Warranty specifically covers as follows: Cabinet installation, fillers, moldings, kick plate, legs, post panel, glass doors, hinges, handles or knobs – (Lifetime),
Granite / Stone Tops Installation and Mount Sink Only (15 Year warranty) Faucet install / Vanity tops granite/wall backsplash tiles – mosaic tiles (5 Years warranty), Floor tiles, grout (3 Years warranty)
HOME MAGIC LLC shall not be under any responsibility or liability whatsoever to make repairs occasioned to said property caused wholly or in part by windstorm, tornado, lightning, hail or other casualties, or by reasons of negligence by any party not directly associated with the contractor.
